Welcome to Design n Flow – Professional Web Design Agency. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website design and development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

DesignnFlow provides professional web design, web development, UX/UI design, graphic design, branding, and digital marketing services to clients worldwide, including but not limited to:

• Custom Website Design and Development
• E-commerce Solutions
• Brand Identity Design
• UX/UI Design Services
• Social Media Design
• Web Maintenance and Support

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Schedule

• Initial Deposit: 30% of the total project cost is due upon project commencement
• Mid-Project Payment: 40% is due upon approval of the design/development milestone
• Final Payment: 30% is due before final delivery of the project

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• PayPal
• Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)
• Wise (TransferWise)
• International Bank Transfer

3.3 Currency

All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless otherwise specified. We can accommodate payments in CAD, KWD, EUR, and other major currencies.

3.4 Late Payments

Projects will be put on hold if payments are not received within 7 days of the due date. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee.

4. Project Timeline

• Timelines are estimated and depend on client feedback and content delivery
• Delays in client responses may extend the project timeline
• We will provide weekly progress updates for projects lasting more than 2 weeks
• Rush projects (requiring faster delivery) may incur additional fees

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to revision requests and feedback within 5 business days
• Provide clear and specific feedback on design concepts
• Have the legal right to use all materials provided to us
• Make timely payments as per the agreed schedule

6. Revisions and Changes

6.1 Included Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds:

• Basic Package: 2 rounds of revisions
• Standard Package: 3 rounds of revisions
• Premium Package: 5 rounds of revisions

6.2 Additional Revisions

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be charged at $50-$150 per hour depending on complexity.

6.3 Scope Changes

Major scope changes after project commencement may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final delivered design and code, excluding:

• Third-party plugins and frameworks (WordPress, Bootstrap, etc.)
• Stock images unless specifically purchased for the client
• Pre-existing code libraries and templates

7.2 Portfolio Rights

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be provided if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services
• No refunds on completed work or work in progress beyond 50% completion
• Initial deposits are non-refundable after design work has commenced

8.2 Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 14-30 business days.

9. Cancellation Policy

• Either party may cancel the project with 7 days written notice
• Client will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• All payments made are non-refundable for work already completed
• Client will receive all work completed to the cancellation date

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 Our Warranty

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed with professional care and skill
• Work will be free from defects in workmanship for 30 days after delivery
• Website will function as designed across modern browsers and devices

10.2 Disclaimer

We do not guarantee:

• Search engine rankings or traffic levels
• Specific business results or revenue
• Compatibility with all third-party plugins or services
• 100% uptime (hosting-dependent)

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Confidentiality & NDA

• We treat all client information as confidential
• We can sign separate NDA agreements upon request
• Client data is stored securely and never shared with third parties
• We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection standards

13. Support and Maintenance

13.1 Post-Launch Support

All packages include post-launch support:

• Basic: 1 month free support
• Standard: 3 months free support
• Premium: 6 months free support

13.2 Ongoing Maintenance

Extended maintenance plans available starting at $50/month including:

• Security updates
• Plugin/theme updates
• Regular backups
• Minor content updates

14. Hosting and Domain

• Client is responsible for hosting and domain costs (we can assist with setup)
• We can recommend hosting providers suitable for your project
• SSL certificates are highly recommended and can be included in packages

15. International Clients

We work with clients worldwide, including USA, Canada, Kuwait, and other countries:

• Communication via email, Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp
• Flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones
• All contracts and agreements in English
• Compliance with international laws and regulations

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or international arbitration.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
