Aidiway is an innovative platform that connects users with reliable at-home service providers — from hairstylists and personal trainers to cleaners and handymen. I collaborated with the team to create a clean, conversion-optimized landing page that communicates Aidiway’s value clearly and encourages app downloads and bookings.

UX/UI Designer & WordPress Frontend Developer
I was responsible for designing the layout, writing value-focused copy, and developing the landing page using a WordPress template customized with ACF and CSS for performance and flexibility.
Problem Statement
Aidiway was seeing traffic from social media and Google ads but wasn’t converting users into downloads or bookings. The existing landing page didn’t clearly explain what Aidiway offered, lacked trust elements, and didn’t showcase the variety of services or ease of use — especially on mobile.
Research & Insights
Reviewed top-performing landing pages for similar service apps (e.g., Urban Company, TaskRabbit)
Conducted a content audit of the existing page and ran a Hotjar session recording test
Key findings:
- Visitors were confused by vague messaging in the hero section
- CTA buttons were buried below the fold
- No visuals to communicate the ease of booking or service categories
- No testimonials or trust badges to reduce hesitation
Solution
- Created a hero section with a clear headline: “Book Trusted At-Home Services — From Haircuts to House Cleaning”
- Showcased core categories with iconography and quick links to each service
- Added screenshots of the app interface to build trust and demonstrate usability
- Embedded real user testimonials and provider reviews to show social proof
- Added a sticky call-to-action bar linking to app download and booking options
- Ensured full mobile responsiveness and fast loading using lazy-loaded images and custom CSS
